From a short story in “The Girls’ Own Journal” (1892), a pair of hikers stumble upon a fallen tree and move it out of their way. In doing so they relocate the nest of this bluebird, who become very confused!

This “Bewildered Bluebird” print is made with pigment inks on high quality paper – it is being sold matted with backboard ready for framing. These prints look great in a group on a gallery wall – the soft toned palette would complement most settings, so invite the Birds of whimsy into your home as a whole flock!

I print myself, in studio, on a professional Epson pigment ink printer on specialty fine art paper. All packaging materials including mats, backing boards etc. are acid free so that you can store the print as is without worry, or transfer the mat and backing board to a frame of your choice. Beware of lower cost mats and frames – cheap mat board can ruin a fine print by causing it to yellow!
