How to style your Draped Kimono
Note: These are the recommended sizes from the manufacturer. But frankly, my bust is much bigger than 37″ (I’m a 14-16 and wear a DD-E cup) and the small is just fine on me – these are very generously sized. I put my Plus size customers in the Lg/X-Lg – that one is huge on me! So what you really need – is the measurement across the back – as these are not tight across the bust, and are not buttoned or zipped shut, you just need to know the back fits and perhaps the arms for Plus sizes – so I’ve given arm opening sizes here as well.
SM/MED:
- Back from seam to seam at hip: Approx 70 cm / 27.5″
- Arm Opening: 48cm / 18.8″ around
- Length (from shoulder to hem: (measured at side seam) 66cm / 26″
Lg/XLg:
- Back from seam to seam at hip: Approx 76 cm / 30″
- Arm Opening: 50cm / 19.6″ around
- Length (from shoulder to hem: (measured at side seam) 76cm / 30″
